Holly joined Sterling Homes in 2019 with decades of experience in investments, captive insurance accounting, and non-profit business/HR management. At Sterling, Holly is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and finance operations, as well as keeping office procedures running smoothly. She brings a fresh perspective for organization and efficiency along with analytical skills and a “can do” spirit.

For the past seven years, Holly has lived in a Sterling Homes-built neighborhood in Shelburne. With this personal connection, she finds her behind-the-scenes job supporting her Sterling colleagues and assisting homeowners especially fulfilling. Holly enjoys seeing “from the inside” how conscientiously Bart, Collin, Edith, and the rest of the Sterling team work with clients. “You are in very good hands!”, says Holly.

When Holly’s not at the office, you’ll find her relaxing with family, analyzing the stock market, traveling near and far, and tending to her gardens.
